Director / Senior Director of Product Design

Lead a team of designers with a passion for our mission. Shape the vision/strategy of our UX/UI for our marketplace while mentoring/managing a team of 8+ designers. It’s an opportunity to work on a product at scale with headroom for innovation and growth. You will lead the design and implementation of a seamless brand experience across the marketplace, for multiple brands, and apps. Co-develop a comprehensive design strategy in partnership with the CPO that aligns with our objectives. Establish strong and effective partnerships with product management, engineering, data science, and user research teams to drive cohesive experiences. Ensuring design integrity and quality.
