Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team engineering programs, ensuring clear structure and delivery cadence.
  • Partner with engineering and product to define program goals, success metrics, and delivery commitments.
  • Track and report program health, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; 8–12+ years in delivering complex technical programs.
  • Strong technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, data flows, and modern SDLC/DevOps practices.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and drive execution across multiple domains.
