Senior Software Engineer I (Expansion - Integrations)

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex integrations, ensuring architectural soundness and system-level thinking.
• Drive decisions on APIs, authentication, and event-driven systems to enhance automation and AI-driven experiences.

Ownership & Delivery:

• Take ambiguous problems and drive them to production with a bias for small, frequent releases and iterative learning.
• Ensure integrations are observable, secure, resilient, and maintainable, balancing immediate delivery with long-term platform investment.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Partner closely with product management and engineers across teams to shape solutions and navigate trade-offs.
• Mentor other engineers, raise technical standards through code reviews, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Role Context:

• This role involves an on-call rotation and may require occasional travel for company events, while being performed remotely from anywhere within the United States.
