Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve internal platforms, automation workflows, and business system integrations.
  • Administer and optimize SaaS platforms including CRM, customer support, billing, collaboration, and engineering tools.
  • Develop automation scripts, internal services, and event-driven workflows using modern programming languages and APIs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT/Platform/Systems Engineering with senior-level ownership.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), identity management, and API-driven integrations.
