Job Description
As a Senior Instructional Designer at Iterable, you will design & build customer virtual (online) educational training courses and certification using Camtasia, Articulate Rise360, Genially, Canva, Descript, and other tools for the SkillJar learning management platform. The Senior Instructional Designer will help to lead the vision and program development of the Iterable Academy by working closely with the Senior Manager of Customer Education to develop new offerings. You will own project management and data collection of the courses you develop, while working cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to create courses that meet the needs of our customers. You will also maintain and improve the Iterable Academy.
