Learning Experience Designer

In this role, you will focus on designing and producing multimedia-rich e-learning content that enables our operators and leaders to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and apply it effectively. You will translate business needs into highly engaging, learner-centric instructional design . Build interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other design platforms. Develop multimedia content (graphics, video, audio, animation) to support learning objectives and elevate the quality of training. You will also partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with operational priorities. Continuously improve existing content to keep pace with evolving business needs, technology, and learner expectations.
