Clinical Expert, Care Team Operations (NP)

About the role:

• We are seeking a versatile nurse practitioner to join as a foundational member of our clinical operations team.
• This is a broad-scope “utility player” role combining hands-on care management, technology collaboration, and staff coaching.
• You will work across Thesis’s full portfolio of care team agents.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver care management outreach, chronic condition follow-ups, and other clinical activities.
• Support prior authorizations, appeals, and clinical-administrative tasks requiring clinical judgment.
• Conduct quality audits, develop remediation plans, and build clinical content.

We expect you to have:

• Active NP license in good standing; multi-state or compact licensure is a plus.
• 2-5 years clinical experience including virtual care, care management, or population health.
• Prior healthtech experience, quality mindset, and comfort in early-stage environments.
