About the role:
- Manage and secure endpoints, including MDM, patching, and device compliance.
- Handle identity and access management processes and security alert monitoring.
- Support compliance efforts for SOC 2 and ISO certifications.
Your background and skills:
- Experience in desktop support or IT systems administration.
- Hands-on with Intune/MDM and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Comfortable with cloud basics and security certifications like CompTIA Security+.
