IT Support & Operations:
- Serve as primary contact for technical support requests via ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, email, and software issues across Windows and macOS.
- Maintain documentation of common fixes and how-to guides.
User Lifecycle Management & IAM:
- Own onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device setup.
- Manage identity and access reviews, applying least-privilege principles.
- Maintain accurate access records for audit and compliance.
Device and Endpoint Management:
- Administer Microsoft Intune for a multi-OS device fleet.
- Enforce security policies including encryption and patching.
- Handle device logistics, inventory tracking, and procurement.
Security & Compliance:
- Support SOC 2 and HIPAA controls relevant to IT operations.
- Assist with audit evidence collection and security policy enforcement.
- Work with the CISO on access-related audit requests.
