About the Role:
- You will be the first point of contact for IT support across EMEA, reporting to the Head of IT/Security.
- This is a small team at a fast-growing AI company, so scope grows quickly into security, infrastructure, and automation.
What You'll Do:
- Handle help-desk tickets, manage device lifecycle, and run onboarding/offboarding.
- Administer Google Workspace, support endpoint compliance, and deploy security policies.
- Manage corporate software, support office networking/AV, and train employees.
What You'll Need:
- IT support experience with macOS, Google Workspace, and networking fundamentals.
- Basic cybersecurity understanding and strong written communication.
- Self-direction and curiosity about how systems work.
