Job Description
Own the UX process for Wisp including creating and maintaining design documentation, design systems, user flows, and interaction patterns in Figma. Drive organizational understanding of customer pain points and opportunities through data and discovery with internal and external customers. Lead the end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, propose solutions, validate design decisions and negotiate scope. Sequence and drive priority work based on feasibility, impact analysis and strategic goals, driving alignment with cross-functional teams. Coordinate key initiatives across various functions at wisp, navigating roadblocks, Leading UX reviews, ensure high-quality implementation of designs and keeping the team informed on progress.
