Role Overview:
- Lead the Data & Analytics organization within Product & Engineering.
- Partner with SVP to build and scale internal capabilities and reduce reliance on third-party contractors.
- Ensure RPM Living becomes a data-driven, insight-led organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold/semantic layers).
- Directly manage and develop a team spanning data engineering, analytics/BI, data governance, and QA.
- Present roadmap progress, risks, and organizational health to senior executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; 10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or analytics.
- 5+ years in a people-leadership role; experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical strategy for non-technical leadership.
