Role Overview:

  • Lead the Data & Analytics organization within Product & Engineering.
  • Partner with SVP to build and scale internal capabilities and reduce reliance on third-party contractors.
  • Ensure RPM Living becomes a data-driven, insight-led organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold/semantic layers).
  • Directly manage and develop a team spanning data engineering, analytics/BI, data governance, and QA.
  • Present roadmap progress, risks, and organizational health to senior executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; 10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or analytics.
  • 5+ years in a people-leadership role; experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical strategy for non-technical leadership.
