Senior Manager of Data & Analytics Engineering

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Manager of Data & Analytics Engineering to own end-to-end data strategy.
• You will build and lead a team spanning data engineering and analytics engineering.
• Your primary goal is to enable data democratization that is efficient, secure, and scalable.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers, driving rapid scaling from 2-3 to 6-8 engineers.
• Own the architecture for data ingestion, warehouse modeling, and the analytics engineering layer.
• Ensure every stakeholder group gets the right tooling and access model for their specific needs.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in data engineering/analytics engineering with direct people management experience.
• Deep expertise in modern stack: Snowflake, Airflow, Fivetran, and dbt analytics engineering practices.
• Experience in a regulated industry navigating compliance and governance requirements.
