Vice President Business Development & Capture

The Strategic Programs team at Agile Defense focuses on maintaining and achieving the company’s strategic business vision, helping capture new and existing business opportunities and overseeing all aspects of business development and capture. As part of a high-performing team of Vice Presidents, the Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for leading the identification, qualification, and early capture of new business opportunities in the Federal Civilian sector. The ideal candidate is high-energy, collaborative, and self-starting. Responsibilities include identifying and shaping new business opportunities, developing relationships with senior leaders, creating strategic account plans, conducting market analysis, leading responses to RFIs, and developing teaming strategies to strengthen Agile Defense’s competitive positioning.
