Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Platform Engineering Manager to join our team and help drive the delivery of new features — while maintaining operational excellence. In this role, you will directly manage a team of 5–6 senior platform engineers and collaborate closely with them on improving and evolving our products and tooling deployment processes using automated / as code principles for different cloud targets, including Filigran’s internally-managed cloud, and public cloud providers AWS, Azure, and GCP.
You'll also contribute technically to these development activities and contribute structuring a growing team that begins to specialize its members on main technical topics, as part of a 16-person platform engineering team. This is a 50/50 split between technical contribution and team management — ideal for an experienced engineer looking to grow into leadership while staying deeply connected to the tech.
