Lead Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute design work as part of a Product Squad.
• Lead the end-to-end design process across critical product areas.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, data, content and marketing to solve complex user and business problems.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, critique and support to product designers across projects
• Be an advocate for user needs, inclusive design, accessibility and design best practice.
• Help shape our design system, tools and processes as we scale.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in product design.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and modern design tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
