Investment and Support:

• $250K USD investment with an end-to-end fundraising playbook and network to raise seed and Series A.
• Validation partner with proven playbooks to unlock ICP, ignite sales pipeline, and drive early traction.
• Support from an experienced operating team covering business design, product development, growth, recruitment, and legal.

Ideal Candidate:

• Early-stage operator with a proven track record in building, selling, and navigating physical asset finance and monitoring.
• Experience underwriting equipment finance, asset-backed lending, or commercial credit with a feel for asset reality and collateral lag.
• Ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams with a passion for technology's ability to change the world.

Eligibility:

• Canada or US-based with ability to collaborate in North American time zones.
• This is not an employment opportunity but a founder role within Forum's venture studio.
