Senior Product Manager, Billing AI

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for optimizing Revenue Cycle through Generative AI solutions. We are looking for an innovative, entrepreneurial product manager who is passionate about applying the power of Generative AI to drive value for our business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at Natera to build AI-driven solutions that address pain points for internal users and enhance the user experience, ultimately delivering significant business value. Identify opportunities with internal stakeholders to scope how the use of Generative AI can deliver business value. Evaluate AI-driven solutions and approaches, considering both buy vs. build solutions to balance outcome and speed-to-market. Provide requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), evaluate dependencies, and build solutions together with the engineering team. Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities and AI solutions; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making.
