Product Marketing Manager

About the Role:

• We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to own inbound and growth product marketing for Weave's AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• You will be the expert on key verticals, map out unique workflows, and translate our value proposition into accelerated pipeline and revenue.
• This position is remote in India and reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys, to transform raw data into actionable intelligence.
• Establish a structured discovery research function with Product Management and Marketing to validate problems and pressure-test solutions, including running a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program.
• Define ICPs and buyer personas, uncover deep workflow insights, and build differentiated vertical messaging, plus maintain competitive intel and sales battlecards.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-8 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with proven vertical or business unit management.
• Deep experience in customer insights using tools like Qualtrics, and familiarity with healthcare practice operations and EHR/EMR landscape.
• PLG proficiency with data analytics platforms like Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, plus an e-commerce mindset that tracks pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
