Contractor & Risk Transfer Management:
- Review contracts, indemnification provisions, and certificates of insurance to ensure proper risk transfer.
- Establish and enforce insurance requirements for contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Insurance Program Management:
- Manage and optimize Property & Casualty insurance programs, including General Liability and Builder's Risk.
- Oversee compliance with OCIP/CCIP insurance program requirements and coordinate with brokers and carriers.
- Ensure subcontractors maintain proper coverage and certificates of insurance.
Compliance & Operations:
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, workers’ compensation, environmental, and insurance program requirements.
- Maintain documentation supporting safety, insurance compliance, and audit readiness.
