This role will act as the voice of data across tem, acting in a principle capacity without being weighed down by management. This pivotal role will partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to unlock insights, define metrics, and standardise how data drives decision-making. From analysing feature impact, to sizing new commercial opportunities, to understanding churn and broker performance, your work will shape the future of our product and business.
The role sits at the intersection of analytics, storytelling, and strategy - you’ll pair technical depth with creativity and influence, ensuring data becomes a true competitive advantage for tem. Core responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, creating insights that drive action, and championing data-driven decision-making.
