VP Finance, Wellbeing

The Role:

• As VP Finance for Wellbeing, you’ll sit on the Wellbeing Leadership Team and drive financial strategy across pricing, investment, and growth.
• Your analysis will shape decisions that improve outcomes for clients and members while building a sustainable business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A for Wellbeing, tracking unit costs and launching performance improvement initiatives.
• Build financial models for RFPs, renewals, and client proposals, and own pricing strategy.
• Define and track KPIs including member engagement, product margin, and retention economics.

Qualifications:

• Degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Progressive experience in finance leadership, including FP&A, pricing, and business partnering.
• Expertise in financial modeling, unit cost analysis, and vendor evaluation.
