You Will:
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive data-informed customer view to drive digital engagement.
- Work closely with Director, Email Operations to understand customer interests and behaviors.
- Help coordinate email marketing efforts across departments to streamline strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining a unified customer view using behavioral data and lead scoring.
- Build, QA, and deploy emails for centralized email marketing strategy.
- Support lifecycle journeys and nurture programs for prospects and members.
Required Competencies:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
