Responsibilities:
- Build and own the financial model and turn it into actionable decisions.
- Own pricing to protect margins and manage working capital through hardware lead times.
- Act as a thought partner to founders on business strategy and direct outsourced accounting.
Requirements:
- Must have defense or government contracting finance fluency.
- Strategy and planning background required; no controllership focus.
- Experience in a hardware business and comfort operating as the finance function in a fast-growing company.
