Manager, Software Engineering (AWS/Infrastructure/Platform Services)

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the Brand Engineering team, a pivotal role in shaping the digital infrastructure that powers some of the world’s most iconic film and television brands. You’ll lead a team of talented engineers and contractors, partner closely with stakeholders across film and television marketing, and drive execution of initiatives that support websites, apps, and other consumer-facing digital platforms. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of engineers, aligning infrastructure capabilities with business needs, owning backlog prioritization, overseeing AWS infrastructure design and operations, guiding modernization efforts, championing privacy and security, ensuring proactive monitoring, driving cost optimization, promoting high standards of engineering quality, overseeing DevOps pipelines, and collaborating cross-functionally.
