Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple solar EPC projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and quality.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Construction Management or Engineering, with 5-7+ years in construction.
- Experience with community solar and utility-scale PV systems over 3-5 MW.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full pay range $107,200 - $178,600 annually plus bonus incentives.
