Chief of Staff – Summer Intern (MBA Grad)

We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving MBA grad to work directly with the CEO and executive team as our Chief of Staff. This role is a high-trust, high-impact seat at the table — ideal for someone who is highly organized, has proven experience tracking and reporting on key metrics, is a self-starter, and is focused on clear communication, excellence and execution. The intern will help run the company operating system, managing OKRs, leading cross-functional check-ins, surfacing bottlenecks, and making sure they’re focused on outcomes, not just activity. You’ll also identify gaps, run strategic projects, and act as a force multiplier to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to see how a high-growth healthtech company is built.
