As a Senior GTM Project Manager, you will drive strategic planning, operational rhythms, OKR management, and special projects that power the go-to-market engine across sales, CS, marketing, and CX. You will also establish and own the rhythm of the GTM business, including running leadership and team meetings, quarterly off-sites, and operational checkpoints.
We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving MBA grad to work directly with the CEO and executive team as our Chief of Staff. This role is a high-trust, high-impact seat at the table — ideal for someone who is highly organized and has proven experience tracking and reporting on key metrics. The intern will help run the company operating system: managing OKRs, leading cross-functional check-ins, surfacing bottlenecks, and making sure they’re focused on outcomes, not just activity.
