Sr. UI/UX Designer - Design Systems

About The Team:

• Looking for an experienced UX Designer to join the innovative Platform & Design Systems team.
• The team is responsible for identifying, creating, and documenting foundational design patterns.
• They ensure consistency across RealPage products.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape the vision and evolution of our core design system, driving adoption, innovation, and consistency across products.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure components, patterns, and tokens are intuitive, delightful, and easy to implement.
• Passionate about atomic design, mobile-first thinking, and data visualization best practices.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Systems thinking and design leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling design systems across complex product ecosystems.
• Expertise in creating, maintaining, and evolving design system components, tokens, and documentation in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design methodologies.
