About the Role:
- Senior Database Reliability Engineer working cross-functionally to design and administer databases.
- Focus on cloud-native Kubernetes platforms and DevOps principles for availability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate database architectures and suggest improvements for performance and availability.
- Support engineering by responding to database outages, triaging, and remediating issues.
- Manage replication, schemas, and queries using AWS/GCP and Terraform automation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Database Engineering with Postgres and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- 3+ years of high-level programming in Python or Go and strong Kubernetes production experience.
- Experience with IaC (Terraform), monitoring, and compliance audits.
