Database Platform Engineering Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Database Platform team, owning the design, operation, and reliability of the core data layer for NodeZero.
• Define technical direction for schema design, query patterns, migration strategies, and scalability principles.
• Collaborate with Data Ingestion, Security Research, and API Platform teams to align on data contracts and pipeline dependencies.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading teams that design, scale, and operate relational databases and hybrid data stores in production.
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, Go, Python, or SQL, plus AWS data services and containerized database operations.
• Strong background in team building, engineering culture, and driving high-impact architecture decisions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $242,250 - $275,000 annually, plus equity stock options.
