About the Team:

• The Borrowing (lending) business is growing rapidly across both existing products and new initiatives.
• The Credit Risk Oversight team is growing with it, looking for a Head of Credit Strategy Oversight.
• The Credit Risk Oversight team is crucial in providing support and challenge to the Borrowing teams.

Your day-to-day:

• Leading the credit risk strategy oversight team, setting the agenda and owning the delivery of our independent oversight.
• Supporting the team in reviewing credit strategy and product changes, highlighting key risks and issues.
• Overseeing the ongoing oversight of credit risk, including risk appetite and reporting, portfolio monitoring and governance.

You should apply if you:

• Have significant practical experience in credit risk management within consumer or small business lending.
• Are data driven, and comfortable defining and interpreting analysis to understand credit performance and trends.
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills that can be flexed for different audiences.
