Senior Software Engineer II - Dispatch

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Dispatch team, you will design and implement scalable, high-quality components and services that align with team and company goals. You'll contribute to technical decision-making, including solution design and architecture, with a focus on addressing technical debt, reliability, and system performance. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions and proactively monitor and improve system performance, identifying and resolving issues swiftly and effectively. You'll also take a proactive approach to support, digging into issues to identify root causes and developing long-term, proactive solutions to prevent recurrence. Documenting and sharing knowledge effectively to elevate the team’s technical expertise. Championing best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement is expected.
