Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle: discovery, requirements, roadmap planning, feature definition, release execution, and post-launch maintenance.
Lead product initiatives focused on healthcare enrollment, including ingestion, validation, transformation, error handling, and reconciliation.
Translate business and regulatory needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5-8+ years of product management experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare member enrollment processes and prior experience in Agile product development.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with offshore teams.
