Senior Product Manager, Integrated Care Experiences

About the Role:

• This is a highly cross-functional position at the intersection of platform engineering and B2B2C product delivery.
• You will own the Provider Core domain, building systems that power our providers and their external partners.
• Success requires strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to balance partner-specific needs with scalable platform design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define an intelligent referral framework that analyzes patient acuity and clinical notes to automatically match members with the right care.
• Build the data exchange foundations for integrated care, establishing protocols for secure and scalable information flow.
• Drive the strategic expansion of our provider network by building scalable, integrated products and member experiences.

Qualifications and Benefits:

• You have 3-5+ years of PM experience in health-tech, specifically in provider tooling, care coordination, or EHR/interoperability.
• You are technically proficient, can speak fluently about model latency and data pipeline architecture, and are comfortable with tools like Figma or Replit.
