What You'll Own:
- Product roadmap across clinical platforms (patient-facing and care team tools) and external products (ObesityRx™, Coverage Almanac™).
- Translation of company strategy and market dynamics into a clear product vision.
Who You'll Work With:
- Clinical, operations, and engineering leadership to define what and why we build.
- Payer, employer, and health system partners to shape external product roadmaps.
How You'll Execute:
- Partner with engineering to define requirements, manage delivery, and establish lightweight yet rigorous development practices.
- Use data-driven metrics to evaluate success and course-correct.
Growth & Culture:
- Manage and develop the product team, fostering a culture of curiosity, evidence, and action.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership as the company evolves from a clinical-first startup to a technology-enabled platform.
