Supply Chain Agent - Defense

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and submission of supply chain proposal inputs.
• Partner with procurement, contracts, engineering, finance, legal, and program management.
• Establish and maintain a centralized pipeline view of all defense supply chain proposal activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal, procurement, or supply chain roles; prior proposal experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the U.S. DoD acquisition process, including RFP structures, flow-downs, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry or a government contracting environment.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations, Cybersecurity compliance (CMMC), and supply chain security principles.
• Understanding of cost estimating, supplier negotiations, and BOE development in a defense context.
