Recruiting Coordinator

We are hiring a recruiting coordinator to work closely with our recruiters and hiring teams to deliver the best candidate experience for Vannevar Labs. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Vannevar. You will partner with recruiters to deeply understand hiring and scheduling priorities and work directly with candidates and hiring managers to provide first class interviewing experience. You will also be providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on scheduling via phone or email and identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
