This role will focus on building and managing deep relationships with Nova Credit's key strategic partners across our channel, technology, and data partnerships. The partnerships lead will work with partners who co-sell, refer, integrate, and leverage our products and services to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. The role will require a mix of strategic program management, consultative business development, and deal-closing experience. We're seeking someone who can successfully navigate complex organizations to build key sales relationships and fuel exponential revenue growth.
This position requires 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, management consulting, or investment, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech, banking, or data industries. Demonstrated cross-functional communication skills and relationship-building experience with sales teams, product, legal, and business partners are essential. The candidate should also be a conscientious, creative problem-solver with the ability to drive strategy and do hands-on work.
