Job Description
Answer customer inquiries mainly via live chat. Support customers with questions about orders, accounts, products and deliveries. Use internal tools to solve customer concerns and provide guidance on minor technical issues. Communicate professionally and friendly in accordance with the standards of our client. Adhere to processes and quality standards. Forward complex inquiries to the responsible departments. Flexible shift models are available with 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts to fit your daily routine, with working hours between 08:00 am and 01:00 am at night.
