Job Description
Own end-to-end design across two teams covering Human-in-the-Loop, AI by Zapier, Chat, and Knowledge Sources. Partner with a Lead Designer on strategic initiatives while driving day-to-day execution. Design new interaction paradigms, bring bold ideas, and experiment aggressively. Conduct research that uncovers latent needs and mental models around AI. Translate technical opportunities into user value.
