Senior Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.

Accounting Policies and Compliance:

• Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Partner with the Technical Accounting team to implement and operationalize new accounting standards.
• Coordinate with accounting providers for the Finland subsidiary.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor accounting members, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, and Operations.
• Help drive the evolution of accounting systems and processes to support growth.
