What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead client-facing discovery sessions to understand business processes, existing system architectures, and integration needs.
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for cloud-based software integrations.
• Create detailed data-mapping documents, user stories, and process flows for REST APIs, web services, and file-based integrations.

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development or enterprise technology implementations.
• Proven experience with complex system integrations involving cloud platforms, SaaS products, and data exchange formats like JSON, XML, CSV.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot integration issues and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
