Work with internal teams, education organisation partners, and external providers to understand operational needs.
Map workflows, systems, handovers, data flows, permissions, and reporting needs.
Identify manual workarounds, duplication, and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with external providers to understand capabilities, APIs, and data models.
Translate findings into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support product discovery, platform evaluation, and pilot testing.

What We Are Looking For:

3+ years of experience in technical business analysis or related roles.
Ability to ask detailed questions and turn unclear needs into structured documentation.
Comfortable discussing integrations, APIs, and data structures.

Location and Work Model:

Fully remote position, based in Europe.
You will work closely with education staff, operational stakeholders, and technology teams.
