Role Overview:
- As a Senior Business System Analyst, you will support business by working with Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners, and Developers.
- You will provide business needs analysis and requirements elaboration.
- This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and collaboration with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, develop, and review business requirements to define scope and needs.
- Document specifications and facilitate technical review sessions.
- Support end-to-end development lifecycles including QA and deployment.
Candidate Profile:
- Requires 6+ years of experience in eliciting and documenting requirements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise testing and software development concepts.
- Familiarity with databases, system integrations, and AI tools is preferred.
