About Us:

Position Overview:
- The Business Solutions Architect creates and manages requirements and technical documentation for IRT projects.
- The role works closely with clients, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure systems meet protocol needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to define and document initial system requirements and enhancements for major changes.
- Author specifications for IRT, randomization, and kit lists, and build effective partnerships with internal teams.
- Support UAT setup and execution and continuously learn on the company platform and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-4 years experience in a software business analyst role.
- 2-4 years experience in life science industry, familiarity with SQL a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
