About the Role:
- Assist the front-line completion team with escalated inquiries.
- Enhance tools for the service team to resolve issues.
- Work alongside Product Managers to define and align product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, business, or related discipline preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Intermediate experience/proficiency in T-SQL.
