Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze Motor Vehicle Accident accounts to properly identify and coordinate insurance benefits.
- Research, request, and review medical records and supporting documentation for claim resolution.
- Manage claim life cycles, rebill when necessary, and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years in healthcare billing or collections, plus 1+ year with Health Insurance claim resolution.
- Strong computer proficiency and intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing.
