Minted is seeking an Experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the Engineering team. This role develops and maintains highly interactive, responsive online design tools. Core responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of innovative, high-performance, interactive design tools.
- Collaborating with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Developing reusable, maintainable, and scalable code in React.
- Optimizing front-end performance for responsiveness and speed.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.
