Job Description
Our Cloud Operations Engineer will play a key role in infrastructure and operational support, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud-based systems. This remote position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys automating and optimizing cloud operations. The role involves monitoring services, responding to incidents, and continuously improving our cloud infrastructure.
Monitor cloud systems and services using Datadog, SolarWinds DPA, and Azure Monitor. Triage and respond to alerts and incidents, performing initial troubleshooting. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or development teams with clear documentation. Maintain and improve incident response playbooks and runbooks. Write and maintain lightweight scripts to automate operational tasks.
